Gillnetter working in Ipswich Bay - haulig her nets. Acrylic painting on canvas. Isle of Shoals-Star Island Lighthouse in background. This is my rendition of the F/V Phyllis A. of Gloucester, Ma. Launched in 1937 and the last active vessel of her type fishing out of America's oldest seaport, she is being renovated to be a fishing museum.
